Dilivery is unbleavbly fast emails are efficent will use againg and would recommend highly. This site is much better than some i have ordered from. No propblems with any part of my oreder.

I am very pleased with my bistro table and chairs. They arrived promptly, and were meticulously packaged. Only negative comment was that the delivery note stated that a delivery fee had been added and it was supposed to be free, so this involved a call to drinkstuff for them to confirm that they would be paying the additional delivery fee - would have been helpful to know this in advance

This item is sent directly from our supplier and they mistakenly sent the invoice they normally send to us. A delivery charge showed on this invoice because we have to pay this to them however of course delivery is free to yourself. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm thinking of buying the 'The Wunderbar Beer Chiller' (Available here)
The CO2 canister is an optional extra, but does the main unit come with the fittings to attach my own CO2 canister?

Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your enquiry Derek, the Wunderbar Beer Chiller itself does not contain the fitments to attach the C02 canister however when the canister is purchased it includes these fitments. The Chiller has a manual which explains how to fit the C02 unit.

The Spin n Shot Drinking game was delivered very quickly within 48 hours but sadly one of the black shot glasses was broken. The packaging needs to be done better perhaps using some bubble wrap as the game was wrattling in the box.

Very prompt service, goods arrived very quickly.
Just one minor criticism. Packaging was a bit OTT. The items I ordered were plastic rather than glass and they came in a big box (too big for the contents) with lots of shredded cardboard. In these days of being environmentally friendly and aware, it looked wasteful and probably more expensive than necessary for drinkstuff.com
A colleague saw what I bought and said he was going to buy six!

We appreciate your comments about the packaging but unfortunately there is little we can do to reduce the packaging but also maintain the same protection for the product. The Yard Ale's are an awkward shape and because their length is longest we have to use a box long enough which also happens to be quite wide. We have previously experimented with just bubble wrapping the Yard Ale's but they are subject to cracking as they can be easily crushed. Therefore the safest option is to use a box for this product.

i ordered the black dinner set had problems with delivery but i think that might have been delivery company as you redelivered the items that where broken as soon as possible.

Delighted with everything but agree with precious respondents that the varnish finish on the muddlers is less than welcome - also there were no cards in the order. Extra drip trays sold seperately for the ice sculptures would be an idea as the sculptures can be stored in a deep freeze until required.

unforunately in all the time i have been shoping with you i have never ben able to collect and redeem points, my last order prmised 35 [point but i was unble to get them
you should not offer a rewards scheme that the customer is not automatically given

You have some order history with us going back to 2004, at this time we offered a 'Reward Points' scheme whereby you earned a point for every £20 you spent with us. Each point was worth £1 off a future order. We ended this Reward Points offer about 8 months ago in order to introduce 'Ipoints', a relatively new scheme run by Ipoints, a third party website. For every pound you spend with us you are allocated 10 Ipoints. However, to benefit from these points you must be signed up with Ipoints by registering on their website (HERE), you then enter these Ipoint login details when placing the order with us for them to be allocated to your Ipoints account. The Ipoints can then be used with orders on a variety of participating websites, details of which are on the Ipoints website. At the moment on our site you can only collect Ipoints but not 'spend' them however you will be able to soon. We hope this clears any confusion between our old Reward Points and Ipoints.
