"No problem with Drinkstuff, but carrier - Parcel Force - failed to make next day delivery. Tracking said 'can't find address', which is nonesense, means 'can't be bothered to complete route'. Understandable pre-Christmas, but somebody copped an extra fiver for doing nothing!"

"This was my first time ordering from drinkstuff, I received two out of the three items within two days but the third item did not arrive, after contacting customer services who dealt with my query very well they ensured me my bar runner had been sent when I received it the wrong item had been sent. I contacted them for the third time and they advised me that they had overseen the packing of my item to ensure it was correct, luckily i did receive in time for Christmas and was very pleased with the help from the customer services team I would definitely order again."

"Ordered the 5 seater home cinema seating. Drinkstuff offered them for an excellent price. On the website it said that they would not ship it to the Netherlands, but they were willing to work with me (and even did not charge me extra shipping and handling costs). Replies to emails were very fast and polite (by Anthony Steel). After unpacking the product it turned out that I missed 3 remotes. Anthony made sure that I got them within 2 working days and could even enjoy all of my 5 seaters before Christmas time. A great shop with high quality stuff. I will certainly be back for other items. Need a bar with bar stool somewhere next year.

Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Sarah. In order to keep the price down on this kit and pack in so many accessories, we do not offer the contents in a presentation box. An alternative to this pack is the Portable Cocktail Set, which is presented in a black faux leather presentation box.

"Came to you via Amazon - came direct as Amazon did not offer 24hr delivery and you did. Ordered gift for someone coming to visit. Gift did not arrive on time and had to be posted on - cost me silly money to send recorded as it was then too late to send first class and have it arrive for Christmas. Product was great, but don't make promises you can't keep."

The only comment I would make, the coating on the "wishbone" arms of the bar stools is extremely thin - one of the stools has had a slight chip come off already and the metal joins at the bend of the wishbone arms are a little crude and could have been made a bit neater."
