"To start with the batteries that were sent with this order were the wrong size! The Mini Hetty Vacuum is not what I expected at all - it's purely a novelty item, as the vacuum side of it doesn't work. Althought the delivery was very prompt, I do have to say that this product is a waste of money."

"The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service was almost too efficient, sounds strange I know, my La-z-boy was delivered on friday instead of saturday even though I'd paid extra for saturday delivery. Not a huge problem except the chair weighs a lot and I had to get it from next door to my house as I wasn't in to take delivery. The chair is the best thing thats ever happened to my back, the massage function is incredible. There is some assembly required, the chair comes in 2 pieces, and you just have to slot one into the other and connect a few cables. Hardest part is getting it up the stairs, it is enormous. All in all, great product and excellent service."

"There is absolutely no need to charge £9.99 to deliver up here. Royal Mail is perfectly adequate and cheaper and takes less time to reach us than a courier/carrier. Normal letters posted can arrive the next day or in 2 days."

We try to keep carrier charges as low as possible and all are subsidised. We are working closely with our carriers to lower the prices and will pass on any savings where we can.
