"I ordered my product on the 29th April and was still waiting for it on the Friday 10th May. I rang 3 times on the 3rd and no one got back to me, it was my fiancés birthday on the 5th and it was for his birthday. I then had numerous phone calls telling me it had been delivered and it hadn't. I then had a call to say it hadn't been delivered and it had been lost!!! eventually I got my product with another courier on Friday 10th. I have never had problems with drinkstuff before though, I do use them regularly and will continue to use them."

"I was struggling to order via the website over a weekend, which I found out subsequently was because I had not registered. However, the telephone number was easy to locate and the person who took my order was very helpful. The goods arrived in 5-6 days and seem to be of very good quality. I haven't put them to a good test yet, but they are certainly well constructed and seem robust. It would have been nice to order in packs of 6 (or order them singly) instead of the pack of 10, (ideally I wanted 12), but as they were exactly what I wanted, I placed the order anyway. I have been struggling to find any small round plate-mats. Why don't more people make small round plate-mats instead of massive square or rectangular ones? Plates are usually round, and it's nicer to have the cutlery beside the mats rather than perched on the edge of the mat. I would definitely order again from drinkstuff."

"Looked high and low for good quality cinema seats. Dealt with Tony who provided fantastic service, agreed for me to come down a look at the seats. The seats are of fantastic quality and great value for money when compared to the many others I looked at. Delivery was fast and as promised with very courteous delivery guy. So impressed with the 4 seater in my home cinema, I decided to order another chair just 2 days later to make a 5 seater bank. Think you would be hard pushed to beat these chairs at this price point (I also visited a company who had the "Front Row" seats, these by drinkstuff are far better in my opinion (comfier and look better) and represent great value when you consider the extras like drink cooling, heated and massage seats etc. Very pleased!"
