"The Regal Mahogany Bar
arrived via courier in several cartons on a pallet. We started to build the bar (quite easy with 2 people), and it was when we unpacked the most important piece, the bar top, that we found a huge crack running from one corner to the edge! Rang Drinkstuff, who were very helpful and they agreed to send out a replacement asap. Top number 2 arrived via a different courier and lo and behold the same problem! It was obvious why it had happened; the bar top is very long and overhangs the pallet by some 2 foot either end. As the pallet is put down the 2 ends flex and the laminate cracks. Back on the phone to Drinkstuff and they agree to send out a 3rd top, but promise to inspect it before dispatch and improve on the packaging. Top 3 arrived promptly (packed the same as the previous two) and with no crack, but 2 horrible dents in the moulding! I have decided to live with this damage, as I can't afford to wait in yet another day for delivery but someone needs to look at the way this item is packed as its too easy to damage in transit. The bar is great if you manage to get a good one."

Thought after sales was pretty poor as the pump broke within a few days of having it and all the help I got from your company was to ring the help line of the company! , any issues with malfunctioning pumps are the responsibility of the manufacturer Bestway. It is always our policy to forward any issues such as yours to them as they hold the warranty for your spa.

"I recently ordered some shot glasses
, freeflow pourers
and the 4 bottle bar butler for a party. All items arrived safely and quickly and the glasses and pourers were great value for money. On the down side, none of the LED lights worked on the bar butler (on closer inspection, this seems to be because the circuits were extremely flimsy and only held together by a bit of solder which had broken off on all but one of the dispensers). As I did not have time to return the items, I used them anyway and they did the job as ordinary optics but I was disappointed by the lack of LEDs which would have made a nice addition to the party. I have ordered other items in the past though and have always been impressed so I'm hoping this disappointing product was a one-off!"

"I was slightly disappointed to be able to order a product and pay for it, for it to be delivered nearly 3 months later. I was emailed to say about the product being out of stock, but no refund option given or as a goodwill gesture a discount on the item."

"Received Lazy Spa As promised. It worked for exactly 7 days then developed a fault with the heater on the pump unit. Having read other reviews on the Internet this seemed to be a common fault. I contacted you via email and you called me back promptly. You forwarded my proof of purchase to Bestway. They called me the following day. After trying for an hour to get through to them I eventually was able to give them the serial no of the pump. They confirmed I would receive a replacement within two working days. 3 days later I contacted them to ask where the pump was, only for them to say they didn't send it because their computer said not to. I asked for an explanation and got none. I told them not to bother ringing me back as I'd wasted enough time on the phone and send me my pump as promised. I revived an email last Friday to say they had sent it. I am now waiting for the pump having not been able to use my spa for over 10 days. I think Bestway are a disgrace and will not be recommending the lazy spa to anyone until I get more than 4 days use out of it. I will also be posting this letter on the Internet."

"One of the beer mugs had a tiny air bubble in the glass. This isn't important to me as I only required two and are keeping the two remaining as spares, however it does impact on your overall product quality. Delivery and packaging we all absolutely fine."

"We ordered the items to be delivered to our venue by 12pm on the day of our event. At 11:55am the goods turned up, however were not the items ordered! I promptly phoned you to ask the correct items be delivered within the next couple of hours, however was told this was not possible and the earliest I could get them was tomorrow...not very helpful! Very disappointing as this was your mistake there was no flexibility in trying to get the correct items to me!"
drinkstuff says: Sorry that you had these issues with your order Emma. Our courier collects our parcels at the end of every working day for distribution the next day, as standard with their delivery processing procedure. It simply isn't possible to send a parcel out for delivery on the same day.
