I had bought myself a few extra bits on the order and when opened my new set of pool balls to use them I had a faulty set with 2 balls not up to standard. I called Drinkstuff to report this and they replaced the whole set of balls without any hesitation and they came the next day. That's what I call service."

"A pair of large shoes were ordered, however a medium pair were delivered. This meant I needed to pay an extra £9.99 delivery charge since the recipient of the gift was no longer at her UK address, and the correct size had to be sent to Germany. drinkstuff says: Hi Gary, sorry that you feel that you were mislead with your product. The Irish Coffee Glasses have been one of our biggest sellers over the Christmas period and we have not received any other complaints.
We have measured a few of the glasses from different boxes and each time they are 29cl, and the box they are packaged in also states that they are 29cl. We can't work out how your glasses could only be 25cl.

"The order was well served and came promptly - however there was a slight flaw on one of the glasses that I think we wouldn't have got if we'd got them in a shop - as we would have checked them and not chosen one of the glasses. It's very small so we decided not to send them back (mainly due to the hassle) - but it would be good if packers could check glasses thoroughly."
drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Judy. With the LSA Freya Champagne Flutes that you ordered, each glass is wrapped indivudually in tissue paper, so it would be very time consuming for our warehouse to check every glassware order we receive.

"Unfortunately the clock I ordered in time for a party was faulty, I must say that when I phoned the customer service was good and they arranged for another to be sent out the next working day. Unfortunately this was too late for the party which was a pain. It would have been a good idea to put a battery in and test clock worked before sending out to customer perhaps."
