"I recieved it quite late however it was in the time bracket alocated. The goods were as expected although I was under the impression the bear would be a little larger but all in all a success."

"My original order arrived very quickly but contained an incorrect item. This was dealt with very well by Customer Services who said a replacement would be dispatched immediately. However, after Christmas I have still not received the correct item which was meant as a Christmas present and this is obviously rather disappointing."

"Delivery from Drinkstuff.com was very efficient. I ordered the Guinness Slippers which was to fit a size 9/10 comfortably. My partner was given these on Christmas day and is a size 9. By the end of the day all the stitching at the back of the slipper had come away and the stuffing was coming out. This is a quality issue for Guinness and not Drinkstuff but unfortunately as they were bought through this site the feedback has to go to Drinkstuff. Service from Drinkstuff was good but quality of the product was very poor!!"

"A card was put through my door as I had missed the delivery. I arranged to go to DPD depot in order to pick up this delivery on saturday 12th December. They had only 2 of the 3 boxes available for me to pick up so then had to arrange a day off work for them to redeliver the correct number of boxes. Felt like I had wasted alot of time in order to get the goods I ordered."

We always advise customers to be present for delivery of their parcels to reduce troubles with delivery. If you log in to your account you will find a tracking number for your orders, which means you can follow the parcel's progress at all stages.

"Product OK, however there is absolutely no reason that you do not send your products to Austria. I had to first find an addressee with a German address to get it shipped to them and then I had to have them send it to me to Austria. What a complicated and stupid procedure. For your information, Austria is a European Union country right next to Germany, Google it out!"

We currently don't offer a service to Austria due to volumetrics. Our courier company requires that all parcels sent to Austria, and some other countries, are weighed individually, which costs us more time, which would force our delivery costs up.
