"After using cheap plastic chips for home games, I really wanted ones with the professional feel to them (and the clay sound when you bet in the pot). I did a lot of checking on various websites and clay composite chips ranged drastically in price. The ones I have ordered are great. Case supplied looks to be of a good quality also (have seen some comments re the poor quality of the cases). Not sure what the cards quality is like - but have a few vegas decks that I use anyway so not an issue. For the number of chips, look and feel of them and the price I don't think you can get any better than this. I don't think my luck will change when playing though..."

I pre-ordered Stella beer glasses and unfortunately the date they would be in stock kept changing and they got so delayed that my husband only got them 2 months after his birthday :) Anyway, I understand that this was the supplier's fault and the people from customer service did great as they sent me notification every time there were changes in my order status. When my glasses finally arrived in stock, they were of a different design and I got immediately informed about that and given the choice to cancel and get my money back if I didn't like the new design. "Hi! Looking at the photo for the clapper board, there are 3 rivets (or screws etc) and a metal plate securing the moving arm. However, the delivered clapper board is secured by a single light weight pin (no metal bracket) which has already failed. I believe that the picture and product are distinctly different and given that I ordered your product based on the hinge in the picture, I am very disappointed. I have rated a 2 (rather than a 1) based on the prompt efficient delivery and the very helpful service which I recieved when I telephoned to ask to add a second clapperboard to my original order prior to dispatch."
