drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Alan. It appears that the problems you were having with the Neo-Link were because you were trying to purchase an apostrophe S, which was out of stock. When ordering over the phone, you purchased a standard S, without the apostrophe. We're sorry for any confusion caused. With regards to the website, it is constantly being updated and we are lucky enough to have a steady flow of orders.

"Be very careful when ordering from this website as they use a dodgy delivery company - DPD and offer poor customer service! Took me 3 weeks to get my order delivered and £10 and in telephone calls! Was given incorrect information and promised call backs which never happened. DPD said they left delivery cards when they didn't and their next day delivery wasn't next day! - You have been warned! Doubt they will publish this review..."
drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Ryan. We use a very good delivery company who offer a competitive first time delivery service. The goods were ordered on the 4th, dispatched on the 5th but DPD were unable to deliver the goods on the 6th since nobody was in. They left a calling card which wasn't responded to. They attempted delivery again on the 7th and again left a calling card. This wasn't responded to. You then requested a change of address but unfortunately DPD had already sent the goods back to us. We do offer the option of a different delivery address to the billing address when purchasing your goods. This is ideal if there is a chance that customers will not be in when delivery is attempted. You have now received your goods, despatched directly from us, but this time to your work address. We understand that you are frustrated but we do rely on our customers working with us to provide the correct delivery address and respond to any calling cards left. If any problems do occur customers can email or call us directly and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible. Our telephone number is charged at just 4 pence per minute from a UK landline.

"Roulette Cloth good value for money, good delivery, however one of the squares had a printing error in it. The printing should have read '19 to 36' the cloth had '19 to 38'. I contacted yourselves only to be told that all cloths in stock were the same. I decided to keep the cloth and correct the error myself. I have accepted a small of credit to my account. I tried to buy a pourer but was informed that it had to go through the 'system'. I am disappointed."

"I am a longstanding customer of Drinkstuff and, as usual, the ordering and delivery service was excellent. However, for the first time, the product was very disappointing as, within a matter of hours, the white markings on the mat began to flake off. When I rang Drinkstuff, they expressed concern, but surprise, and asked for a chance to check the stock batch and call me straight back. I must admit that I took this to be a fob off and didn't expect to get a call back - and my fears grew when I didn't get a call for the rest of the day. But when I rang back I got through to the same person, who immediately told me that all the mats in the batch had the same fault and apologised for the delay in calling me back. I was offered a full refund and the mat was collected, at Drinkstuff's expense, the next day - but I am still waiting for my refund. So, although, in this day and age, I am pleased that Drinkstuff accepted responsibility for a faulty product, I am disappointed that it was faulty in the first place, that I had to chase for the response and that the refund has not been processed promptly."
drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Val. We apologise that you received a faulty item. The reason for the delay in calling you back was that we had to speak to our warehouse team. They needed to check the stock to see if we had a suitable replacement or if all the stock had the same fault. Unfortunately all of our stock appears to have the same fault and must be returned to our supplier for an exchange. We apologise that you do not feel your return was dealt with promptly however our standard procedure is to deal with returns within 10 working days. However, your item was collected, delivered back to our warehouse and refunded within one week.

"Ordered Islande shot glasses (pack of twelve), needed them the next day for a party, so requested next day delivery. Item arrived, as requested the next morning. I could even use the tracking system to see exactly where they were, which was excellent. The shot glasses arrived well packaged and as described; a bargain for £6.99. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending drinkstuff or their product."

"I ordered the above from the description given, when the goods arrived were incorrect. I have corresponded with Chris Cook of Customer Services about this and it transpired that the advertised description was incorrect. Chris Cook has been extremely helpful during this time and a full refund was given. These straws were not for drinking but an engineering project where the dimentions are rigid."

"Good website - professional, polite and competent telephone manner (phoned up to make sure Moontent was in stock as 2 previous websites had allowed me to order and pay then email me stating item wasn't available) and quick delivery serviced. What more could you ask for in a company? Highly recommended. Also...we took the Moontent to Menorca - certainly saved us paying 17 euros a day for sunbeds and a brolly! Very easy to use and packs easily into a suitcase. My only suggestions would be to make would be to darken the inside so you felt more in the shade and maybe make the window vent at back larger as even with the vent on top, it was hot in there baby! My 19 month old slept in there a couple of times and my 6 and 4 yr old liked eating their sandwiches in there - definitely glad I bought it, very well made."

"All the stuff is really good accept the cocktail shaker I bought; it's too suseptable to heating and cooling. i.e. when you chuck ice into the main shaker it usually shrinks smaller than the lid seal leaving a small gap which leaks when you shake and pour! If you can live with the spills then it's absolutely fine. The spoon is excellent for layering drinks in shots and cocktails like the fuzzy shark. Delivery was very quick."

If the goods are despatched using DPD, our customers also receive an email from the couriers on the morning of delivery estimating a time and whether they would like to to change the delivery. "I was so impressed at how quickly my items (poker set) arrived especially as they were being delivered to Ireland from the UK. I placed the order on Monday evening hoping that the items would arrive by Friday for a poker game I was organising between friends and sure enough they did.
