"Thought I was getting kit in a box - just a cupboard presentation box would have done or gift box. A choice of different items to select for a particular box would have been good - i.e. a personalised choice of items in a nice presentation gift box including items that match."

"Everything was great until I opened the packaging and I discovered that both the outerlining and the inner lining were burst. To date we have had the inner part replaced but we are still waiting for the outer one to be replaced. All things considered, we have found the spa great fun. We have no issues with yourselves but the extra expense and constantly having to phone to get through to someone to discuss our problems have left me feeling somewhat unhappy."

"The delivery was fast, the product excellent don't know how I managed without one although it took some time to get used to the chemicals as stated by drinkstuff, you get used to the quantities you require as understanding the usage and instructions can take a while. It could be clearer for those who don't understand quantities although the help on the drinkstuff website is clearer than the chemical products themselves. The spa is amazing; the best thing I have ever bought. I would definitely buy from drinkstuff again. Thanks."

"I received the above item and was not happy to find that the batteries were already in the remote, the cord was all unwound and it did not look as though it was in brand new condition. This is the second Philips Living Colour Lamp that I have bought from you and the first one was received nicely packaged with the cable wound and the batteries not inside the remote so I was not expecting this one to be any different. That said, I am pleased with the first one."

After you contacted us on the 17th, we emailed you to ask whether you would like a refund or a resend. You got back to us on the 19th after our dispatch deadline. If we had heard from you sooner, we would have been able to arrange for redelivery in time for Father's Day. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

"I entered a separate delivery address for the parcel to be delivered to work as I am not in during the day. My home address was used which meant the inconvenience of going to the depot to pick it up. Also, I think that the description of the fish bowl could be better, I think it would be good to explain that it is very thin plastic - almost disposable, I did think it would be of better quality especially considering the price. Despite the above I will use your site again."

Please be sure to double check your delivery address before placing your order. With regards to the price of the fish bowl; this item is unique to drinkstuff and due to the limited supply, the price is higher than we would ideally like. We do state that this is made from plastic, however we have added the manufacturing technique used to avoid confusion over the quality. This is not a disposable item. Many of our customers are very happy with this item and often they are used in commercial environments.
