"I ordered a barstool and received the goods promptly. However, it was damaged, I phoned up and was told a replacement seat would be sent out. I received the replacement and this was also damaged. It was apparent that a sharp item had damaged this seat as well. A third replacement (well packaged) arrived promptly and this was in good order. I was disappointed with the sequence of events and poor quality control but impressed with the efficiency the situation was dealt with. I am also pleased with eventual product."

"I was very pleased with the price, quality and speed of delivery, but the only thing was we bought whiskey tumblers to give to guests with miniatures at our upcoming wedding. On the website it said gift boxed which we took to mean individually gift boxed but they're not, they're packed in sets of 6 in factory boxes. I thought calling that gift boxed was a bit misleading. Apart from that I was very happy with the glasses and the service."
drinkstuff says: We're sorry that you felt mislead by the product description Will. As with most of our glasses, they are gift boxed in the sizes that they are sold in. So the pack of 6 glasses is in gift packaging rather than each glass individually boxed.

"I bought Henry and Henrietta mini vacuums and the Man Kini for a hen party and our son's 30th birthday party in the mountains. The greatest hit was the mankini... although worn over ski suits with wigs in a lovely mountain hut. Hilarious!! The girls hen party loved the challenge we mothers sent for the bride to find a man to wear the kini... this will now be pride of place at the wedding and nobody knows who will wear it. Person we spoke to phoned him and he said he would pop back in about 40 minutes smashing and thank you I said. 3 o'clock I phoned again and was told that he said maybe he could pop back, Cost me a further £12 for a Saturday delivery, Needed glasses for a wedding reception on the Monday so had no choice. Unfortunately, we do have to rely on a third party courier to represent us with a high level of customer services and on this occasion they have failed to do this. "I purchased a case set of 300 14g poker chips from this site about 4 years ago, and they are a very good set that haven't seen nearly enough use. A couple of months ago I was looking around the web for a poker table and came across this site again where I found the 8 place fold out poker table top, which fits just great over my dinning room table. OK half the plastic chips trays fall out if you hold it upside down, but by not holding it upside down or investing in a little glue soon sorts that out. I got it for near half price on a special so I'm not complaining. I'm now hosting a monthly home game, having had two already. Your own home game with your mates is a brilliant evening. Having a cracking set of chips and poker table top makes it so much better. I've found drinkstuff.com to have good prices, and it's a very well run and reliable website. drinkstuff.com is my friend! :)"

"I decided to get an ice bucket to go with the champagne for Valentine's weekend, but by the time I had ordered, the 4:30 next-day delivery deadline had gone. I managed to get the order through about quarter of an hour later and was delighted to receive a confirmation e-mail stating that the item would be delivered the next day. I was also given a very convenient ONE-hour time slot in which it would be delivered (much better than some other couriers!) and my girlfriend absolutely loved that I'd gone the extra mile - well worth it!"

"I was totally satisfied with the products and the prices were good too. I would like to comment on the inconvenience of having to re-arrange delivery after being at work when product delivered. I did leave a message on the request to either leave it at 3 other houses or round the back of the house if I wasn't in but this note was ignored. I see that this has been commented on before by another customer and it may result in me going elsewhere due to this poor service. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to give my comments on the service (was going to after delivery but the issue had already happened)."

"The quality of the glasses was standard - got what I paid for. What I really appreciated was the support I received when I called to ensure they would arrive on time. Instead of just getting a bog-standard glib answer, the staff looked up my order and tracked it down to ensure it would arrive when I needed it. It doesn't take much to provide good service but it is far too rare and greatly appreciated."

"As a first time customer with yourselves, I was happy with the fast despatching of my product I ordered and that it came with the option of gift wrapping. The only part I am unsatisfied with was when I had requested that should nobody be at home, that the gift be left at the front door. This was not the case, the delivery man took it back to the collections office. It was really inconvenient as I had to organise (from another country) that they go fetch the gift and still drive it up to Peterborough for the person it was intended for."
