My only problem was the first mirror I received was totally smashed and there was no fragile sticker or padding on the actual mirror. "This product is going to be perfect for jager bombs at our wedding but the packaging needs to be improved as out of the 100 we ordered, 98 were sent and only 80 of them are usable as 18 of them are cracked. I'm still waiting on when I will receive the replacement cups."

"I bought this really cool slush machine for my younger brother in law for his Christmas and I received an email stating that my parcel had been dispatched but after after two weeks I still had not received it so I emailed the customer service department and they got back in touch within a day to apologise and offer me a refund or if I would prefer another one to be sent to me. I asked for another one which they sent recorded delivery and I got it three days before Christmas. Brilliant, prompt and clear responses to my queries. Would definitely use again. Drinkstuff says: Firstly let me start by apologising. This matter has now been resolved by our Customer Services team but clearly not in a timescale that is acceptable to either of us.
I can assure you that all emails received by us are responded to within 24 hours and we have managed to maintain this even during this busy Christmas period. Therefore I can only assume this email has been lost at some point in the transfer process.
To conclude the correct replacement glasses have been sent to you and I hope this matter has been resolved to your satisfaction now.
And yes we do make all comments live (even the negative ones ;) Most are positive as situations like this are very rare for our customers.

"Very happy with product & service, but delivery charge is a rip-off. AB51 is NOT in the Highlands of Scotland & is no more remote than most other parts of Britain. It is just outside Aberdeen & on A roads. There is absolutely no justification for a higher charge than the rest of mainland Britain."
