"I bought 96 glasses believing that the maximum three day time taken for standard dispatch meant if I ordered on Monday evening, I'd receive by close of play on Thursday. However it transpires that that is only the time they go to the courier. With the help of two bank holidays they finally arrived the following Tuesday, by which time we'd all gone to work. When finally received there was one champagne flute missing, though on reporting it we were told it would be replaced without question - just hope that won't be so much of a problem as the original delivery!"

Unfortunately the estimated delivery period fell during the bank holiday period so our 3 working day delivery did mean delivery on the Tuesday. We do make sure to note non-delivery days (due to bank holidays etc) on our website at the time of ordering so customers are aware of exactly when their parcel will arrive.

"Unfortunately a mistake was made in my order and it was missed by two people who signed it off. I ordered 1 pack of 4 pineapple cups, 1 pineapple cups turned up. I emailed my complaint to customer services but heard nothing (I did take the bank holidays into consideration). I rang customers services and spoke to a lovely lady who apologised and sorted it out and I received my other cups very quickly. To be honest it won't put me off using you again but I had wanted to use them for the weekend and wasn't able to."

"I recently made an order for 6 pint glasses. One of them arrived broken, in my opinion they were not packed with enough bubble wrap, to me this is a basic mistake that should have been avoided. I must add however that the follow up by your company has been very good with a new glass being despatched in a good time scale. In conclusion, well done to the complaints department but a not so well done by the originally packers."
