Gift Wrapping

We offer a gift wrapping service on most of our "In stock" items. Gift wrapping is only £3.99 per item.You can choose the colour of the wrapping paper and add a personal message for the recipient.

Items that are available for gift wrap, will have the following button active on the item page:

Please Note: Not all versions of a particular item are available for gift wrapping. This will be confirmed on the basket page. Please follow the "How to request gift wrapping" steps below.

How to request gift wrapping:

1. Add the item to your basket and click "Checkout".
2. On the basket page, you will see a " Gift wrap this item (+£3.99)" to the bottom right of the item within your basket. Click on this link.
3. You will be taken to a page with two simple steps: 1. Select your colour. 2. Add a message for the recipient. Once complete, simply click the button.
4. You will be taken back to the basket page where you will now see " Item is gift wrapped - Edit" to the bottom right of the item within your basket. You can click this link to edit your gift wrapping details.
5. Repeat these steps for each item in your basket that you would like to be gift wrapped.

Multiple items:

If you require more than one item to be gift wrapped, you will need to repeat the steps above for each item. We are unable to bundle multiple items into one box for gift wrapping.

If you have multiples of the same item you will need to add one to the basket, wrap it, and then add a second to the basket, wrap it and so on. If you do not do this, the same gift wrapping details will be applied to every item and you will be charged per item for gift wrapping .

Why isn't gift wrap available for the item I wish to purchase?

Unfortunately, there are some items that are just too big/heavy or an odd shape for us to gift wrap. Items that come directly from our supplier, known as "Direct Delivery" cannot be gift wrapped inhouse.

Where is my message printed?

You will be provided with a gift tag in which we place a label printed with your message.

What happens if I do not enter a message?

We will gift wrap your item and supply you with a blank gift tag.
