A cocktail fountain is an electrical device, similar to a fondue fountain, which is used to serve and display a cocktail punch. It is formed of a large bowl at the base, with a tube in the centre which the cocktail is pumped through to the top, where it falls down over the tiers before collecting in the bowl and being pumped to the top again. Cocktail fountains offer a visual display for parties, bars and events, and are usually presented with punch cups so guests can fill their cups straight from the fountain.
