An ice bucket is an open top or lidded container, usually sized between 1 and 10 litres and used for storing ice cubes when serving drinks or for cooling and presenting bottles. Ice buckets come in a range of styles and are usually made of glass, metal or plastic. Many buckets feature double wall insulation and a lid to keep the ice colder for longer. Ice tongs or ice scoops are usually used with an ice bucket.
