An ice scoop is a shovel or cylindrical shaped handled scoop which is designed for scooping ice cubes or crushed ice from ice buckets or ice makers. Usually made from metal or plastic, an ice scoop may feature drainage holes to drain away excess water and come in a variety of sizes typically ranging from 5oz to 58oz.
