Glossary of Terms

A margarita glass is a stemmed piece of glassware with a narrow to wide, shallow bowl. Usually holding between 6oz and 8oz, a margarita glass is most commonly used to serve a margarita cocktail but may also be used for frozen cocktails such as the Daiquiri. The rim of the glass is commonly dipped in citrus juice and sugar or salt before serving.
