Glossary of Terms

Mead, also called Honey Wine, is a type of alcoholic beverage produced by fermenting a solution of honey and water and may be flavoured with spices, fruit or hops. It may be still or carbonated and dry or sweet. Mead is usually served in a wine or champagne glass.
