We use our courier Hermes and DPD for most deliveries. For larger pallet deliveries we use H&M Distribution or Nidd Transport. Please note: Couriers may sub-contract out their deliveries.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a same day delivery service at this time.
We do have a Saturday service available to England and Wales mainland customers. Orders for this service will need to be placed after 3:45pm on Thursdays and before 3:45pm on Fridays and the Saturday delivery service selected.
Yes. Once you have entered your billing address you can also enter an alternative address for delivery.
We can only deliver to the countries listed on our delivery section. We are limited by our courier's restrictions.
We always recommend having orders delivered to an address where someone is going to be in to take the delivery, however if this is not possible the courier does try with neighbours or you can leave a signed note to advise where the leave the parcel. If this is a safe place then it is at the driver’s discretion if the item is left.
Always check the tracking details of your parcel before contacting us. You can track your parcel by logging into your account - Log in now. If you still can't locate your order please contact us and have your order number ready. We will then investigate why your order has not reached you. In most cases these are resolved within 48 hours.
Upon dispatch you will be sent an email with a link to where you can track your order. If your order does not arrive in the expected timeframe, you can login to your account and then click on View My Orders. Click on the applicable order number and you will find information regarding the delivery service used. For Yodel, deliveries there will be a Track your parcel link including separate tracking number. Unfortunately, Royal Mail deliveries cannot be tracked.
Please contact Yodel as the driver may know more information, such as which house number he left this at. If Yodel are unable to help, please contact us. Please note: Enquiries made through us may take up to 72 hours to be resolved.
If you miss a delivery a card will be left to advise you of this. The parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place for your convenience. Please note: The driver will only leave parcels if they deem this safe to do so. If the parcel is not left, then this will be returned to the depot. You will need to respond to the calling card left to either collect or rearrange delivery.
