- I can't log into my account. What is the problem?

Please check you have spelt your email address and password correctly. If you are still having problems please contact us. Usually this is due to an error in either the password or email address at the time of registering with us.
Go to the homepage and login to your account. Once logged in click on View My Orders. Click on the order ID you need an invoice for. Beneath the information that displays there is a Print Invoice option.
You can subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter on the website by clicking on the Newsletter link at the very bottom of the home page (in the grey box). On the newsletter there is a unsubscribe link you can also use this to unsubscribe.
You can log into your account on the website and amend your personal contact details. Please note: This will not change information on orders that have already been placed with us. If you have made an error with an address on a new order you will need to contact us directly to amend. If the order has been packed we are unable to make changes.
Please remember to keep your details update, especially your invoice address if you move house for security reasons.
