Please contact us and have your order number ready. We can then confirm your order and possible reasons why you did not receive the email. In some cases you may have entered your email address incorrectly so the email never reached you. In other cases the email sent may have been delayed and will reach you soon, or possibly the order was never completed with us. Please always check your junk folder in case it has been filtered into there before contacting.
If you need to amend your order you will need to contact us.
Please be aware that:
- Once an order has been placed we cannot make any changes to the products on this. If the order has not gone to our warehouse (status would show as confirmed) we can only cancel this, enabling you to replace the order for the correct items.
- If the amendment is to the address: We can only change contact/address details up until the order is picked. Once the order is picked we cannot make any changes.
You will need to contact us to cancel an order. Please note: We cannot cancel an order once it has gone to our warehouse (status shown as confirmed).
If any problems occur we do endeavour to rectify them as soon as possible. Please contact us and have your order number ready. Do not immediately send any items back to us before speaking with us via phone or email.

Items which are covered by warranty have this listed in the product description. Please note: Not all warranties are held by drinkstuff. They may be held by the supplier or the manufacturer.
