How many seats can I have?
The only limit to the amount of seats you can have is the space you have available, the standard combinations set up on our website are 1 - 5 seats however if you would like to discuss larger combinations please contact the sales team for more information.

How much space do I need?
The amount of space needed does depend on the combination of cinema seating you require, please see this PDF for dimensions of the different combinations. If the combination you are looking for is not listed please contact the sales team for more information.

How much space do I need to allow for the incliner?
100mm of space is needed between the wall and each chair back to allow for the incliner.

What is the warranty period?
All cinema seating comes with 12 months warranty.

Is warranty valid overseas?
The standard 12 months warranty still applies to cinema seating shipped outside of the UK, however we are slightly restricted as we would not be able to send an engineer. We would do our upmost to resolve any problems should they arise by sending replacement parts.

What materials are available?
The cinema seating is available in leather, we also offer faux-leather at a reduced price. Please contact business@drinkstuff.com for more information. If you require a material which is not in stock these can be specially ordered with a lead time of 2-3 months.

Can you send me fabric samples?
If you would like sample swatches sent to you please contact our business sales team at trade@drinkstuff.com who can arrange this.

What colours are available?
The cinema seating is available in the following colours, if you require a colour which is not in stock these can be specially ordered with a lead time of 2-3 months.

Are these in stock?
We do hold regular stock of the Home Cinema Seating in Black, Brown and Cream seating combinations in our warehouse for immediate dispatch. To check stock of the combination you require please contact the sales team.

How long is delivery?
If the cinema seating you require is in stock delivery can be made within 2-3 working days to UK mainland, if you are outside of the UK mainland please contact the sales team for delivery options.

How is this delivered?
The cinema seating is usually delivered via palletways courier, if you are local to us it may be our own delivery driver or a local courier.

Will the delivery driver help me?
This item allows curbside delivery only. Once the item is delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to transport it further.

How many boxes is it delivered in?
Dependant on the combination of cinema seating you choose the amount of boxes will vary, however each seat is delivered in two boxes.

How big are the boxes?
Box 1: Max H 66cm W 160cm D 90cm
Box 2: Max H 30cm W 77cm D 63cm

How much do the boxes weigh?
Box 1: Max 70kg
Box 2: Max 12.5kg

Is this easy to assemble?
The cinema seating is very easy to assemble and does not need to be performed by a professional, included is user friendly instructions. If you do have any problems please contact the sales team who have experience in assembling the cinema seating.

Home Cinema Assembly

Do you offer an assembly service?
In order to keep the cost of the cinema seating as low as possible and because of the simplicity of assembling it we do not offer an assembling service.

Can one person assemble this?
We do recommend two people assemble the cinema seating, the weight of the chair really should not be managed be just one person.

How many plugs does it use?
Each individual seat has 3 mains adapters.

Does it contain European plugs?
The cinema seating does not include European plugs but can easily be modified with a European adapter.

What if there is a problem, do you have an engineer in my area?
We do have an engineer who will travel to you should this be necessary, however the very few occasions there has been an issue this has generally been resolved by dispatching replacement parts which can easily be fitted.

Can I add to existing cinema seating?
If you have purchased a two seater or larger combination you can easily add to this by purchasing middle seats.

What is the difference between a recliner and an incliner?
The difference between an incliner and a recliner is, an incliner slides forward, while a recliner moves backwards.

Where is it manufactured?
The cinema seating is produced in the Far East where the mechanism is manufactured, it has a German Okin motor and Italian leather.

What leather is used?
The cinema seating is made with Top Grain Italian Leather.
The Home Cinema Seating leather is of the finest quality available, and does NOT contain the following chemicals as featured in recent press stories:
• DMF (di-methyl fumarate)
• Chromium VI
• NPEO / OPEO

Is the leather protected?
The cinema seating leather has been protected by scotch guard.

How should I clean the leather?
The manufacturer recommends Turtle Wax as the best substance to use when cleaning the leather.

What size drinks will the cup holder take?
The cup holders will comfortably accommodate a standard 330ml/440ml can of drink, 330ml bottles or up to a 16oz hi-ball glass.

Does the remote control need batteries?
The remote control unit is electrically operated so does not need batteries.
