Product Development Assistant

We are looking for someone with a hard working attitude and a creative flair to become part of our product development team. Our ever expanding range of products provides a constantly differing and demanding creative output. Each product needs photographing and unique creative written content, so you will be required to have experience in digital photography, image editing using Photoshop, and a good use of English. If you feel you can work within tight deadlines and meet daily challenges, then send us an email with your CV and a short description of why you think you are suitable for this demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• To arrange product photo shoots and set up lighting equipment within the photography studio
• To photograph products and digitally edit them using Adobe Photoshop
• To write creative and enticing descriptions concerning our wide range of products and services
• To work closely with other members of the PD team to increase the content quality of our websites and future projects

Qualifications:

• Good GCSE’s and/or A-Levels particularly in Design/Computing/IT/Art/English Language/Maths

Skills Required:

• Experience with Photoshop CS2/CS3
• Digital photography skills
• Sound knowledge & understanding of the Internet and PC’s
• Ability to write basic HTML
• Good English language ability and inventive writing style
• Polite telephone manner

Hours of work: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

Summer Marketing/PR Internship

Are you a university student or graduate who wants to get hands on with some of the coolest products on the net?

Are you enthusiastic and have a passion for talking to people, promoting products and writing about some of the best gifts and gadgets around?

If so the drinkstuff marketing team is offering a unique opportunity to become an intern with us. The internship is unpaid but we will cover your travel expenses.

You will be working closely with our PR team and contacts within the media to ensure key product features in newspapers, magazines and online.

You will also be helping with our online affiliate marketing programme to ensure regular features on third party sites and blogs, as well as working closely with our graphic designer for seasonal promotions.
