London 2012: Deliveries to London & Other Olympic Areas
If the Olympics are coming to a location near you, your delivery may be affected.
Postcodes will be affected between the 16th July and the 14th August. Each postcode zone has been assigned a status of YELLOW or RED.
- YELLOW: No surcharge, but delays highly likely
- RED: Definite surcharge + delays

We recommend selecting an alternative delivery address outside of the Olympic Road Network.
If you need your goods at the restricted postcode, please place your order and add notes to the "Confirm Delivery" stage of Checkout. Click on "Add notes to my order" to enter one of the options below.
Red zone delivery options:
Pay an additional charge for delivery and security checking by UPS within the restricted zone:
- £25 per parcel
- £105 per pallet
Hold the order and dispatch when restrictions for your postcode are raised.
Depending on the status of your postcode restrictions and the size/weight of your parcel, we may be able to dispatch your goods by Royal Mail and from the 1st of August onwards by an alternative courier. You will receive an email as soon as the order is dispatched. However, if your postcode has frequent security lockdowns, we may hold your parcel up until the 14th September, when the Olympics comes to an end.
Collect from our warehouse in North Hertfordshire (SG8 6DN) - Please state which working day you intend to collect. Please bring your order number.
REMEMBER: You can set to a zone outside of the Olympic Road Network for no extra charge.
If you do not enter an option, we will hold the order until we have contacted you.
