"A strange machine indeed. It's magic all the sediment is gone or is it me. I don't know! Perhaps it's the wine. The aeration seems to make the tannins more mellow. I did not believe that it would decant at first so I also strained through a cloth but there was no sediment so like I say I don't know how it does it but it does."
