Many places have a hard water supply. Check with your local water supplier or ask Instanta. Bristol, Brighton, Hartlepool, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Southampton and Poole have proved to be particular black spots. Although the mineral deposits do no harm to your health they can damage your beverage making equipment if you do not fit scale reduction technology. We therefore strongly recommend that you invest in scale reducer or food quality softener. The protection afforded to your equipment will soon turn the initial expense into an economy.

Tap springs are subject to wear and tear and, whilst we will be pleased to replace these springs free of charge during the guarantee period, we will only send engineers to change them on pressure boilers.
