Giraffe Beer Tower
"I have been looking for one of these beer towers for years, ever since I saw them in bars in Thailand. Anyway, I have just been to Thailand and saw these Towers for sale and so brought one home. I then went on the internet and saw the Giraffe Towers and bought another one. However, although the Giraffe Tower looks to be better made and more sturdy than the one from Thailand, it lacks one important feature which I didn't notice from the advert. It does not contain an inner container like the one from Thailand which you fill with ice in order to keep your beer/lager cool. This is disappointing and I am now trying to find something like plastic balls filled with water that you can freeze and then throw into the beer in order to keep it cold for it's duration. Simply placing ice in the beer would be no good because it would simply dilute the drink."

Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Norman, we do actually have a beer tower with a cooling core coming to our shop soon. It should be available from around September, watch this space!
"These look very simmilar to a cocktail tower a certain manufacturer of sours (ehem) were using in my pub a few months back. If they are then I can say that they are very robust and solidly built. Worth £30, we used to charge a £10 deposit for every one we gave out!"
