Great on the outside!

"I think perhaps I read the description on this one wrong! The cup comes exactly like the picture, the carving is great and it is definitely great value for money.

However, in the description it states that you get a plastic cup to protect the inside and when my cup arrived there was nothing of the sort, I contacted Customer Services and they were very efficient, they apologised and said they would send out the inside cup.
A box did arrive and I still giggle when I think of it as the only thing inside a gigantic box filled with giant bubble wrap was one of those cheap plastic water dispenser style cups that cost around 4p! If customer services had explained that this is what they would be sending I would have told them not to waste the time or effort.
I think my gripe with this is that I was expecting something that was shaped for the coconut and was more fitting to the purpose rather than a too small, not fit for purpose cup that I could buy anywhere. Whether this is due to my own stupidity or the phrasing of the description on the main page is up to you."
