"Negative points: Chair not the best made. Very sharp pieces of chrome, bubbly fake chrome on handles, seat part itself wrinkled and padded incorrectly. Replacement seat part a little better.
Positive points: However, that being said, on phoning customer service, the staff were the most helpful I've ever come across and a new seat part was sent out asap and I must thank the people I spoke to.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this website for your orders."
