A Good Idea But Lacking In The Execution
"Having gone backwards and forwards on which type of chips to buy on various websites, I stumbled across this excellent idea. The prospect of actually being able to feel the weight and texture of the chips drew me to this website. The £1.99 actually didn't seem to steep either. However, when the sample pack arrived, it contained only three chips - hardly a representative sample of the number of styles on sale. Suddenly the £1.99 seemed a bit steeper. Having gone back to the page for the sample, I accept that if one clicks here and there and looks closely, this fact is made clear but it does not seem unreasonable to assume that the photograph - showing nine chips - might bear some relationship to the contents of the sample. One might even go as far as to say that the image is deliberately misleading. All in all, an unimpressive start to using drinkstuff.
I should perhaps add in the interests of fairness that notwithstanding the above, I did go on to purchase a chip set from drinkstuff (
Crown & Dice) and was delighted with what arrived. Eventually. drinkstuff really ought to consider someone other than Yodel."

"While shopping for chips I came across this taster pack and thought it would be a good idea to try them out. After all, with free delivery there's not exactly much to lose.
The chips came super quick and now sit on my desk to practice riffling them. While some of the chips in there are lovely, I had already fallen in love with the Cartamundi chips, also available from Drinkstuff. However, these are still handy to have around and it was interesting to feel the chrome chips.
Overall, quick delivery, good sample set, a good desk distraction."

"Good mix of chips to show what is available, certainly helped make my mind up, and I am now looking forward to a nice "dice" chip set for Christmas. I actually preferred the playboy chip, but the dice chip was good, and has a better selection of colours."
