The Lay Z Spa in Cold Weather:
In cold weather, the Lay Z Spa pump must not be left outside for lengthy periods in temperatures under 4°C. Normal operation and short periods of time in low temperatures will not affect the pump. Remember to keep the pump inside overnight during cold weather.

What happens if there is a fault with my Lay Z Spa?
If you assemble your Lay Z Spa and find a fault, or the Lay Z Spa develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us. We will work with Bestway, the manufacturers, to arrange for the faulty part to be replaced. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a full refund of the whole product but we will replace parts whenever necessary.

"When we first started looking we wanted the XL Lay Z Spa, so glad it was out of stock! This one is a perfect fit in our garden. It was extremely easy to set up and was ready to use by the next day! My 4 year old son LOVES it, he wants to go in it all of the time. My sister has the XL and we thought that was warm, this one feels even hotter, my partner and I go in every evening and it is so relaxing, we have both slept so much better since we have been using this. We would absolutely recommend to anyone. Just be aware that the size in the picture looks deceiving!"

Lids not fit for purpose!

"The spa is absolutely fantastic apart from the lid. It just doesn't work! Had our spa delivered end of August; 10 days later the zip snapped. We had to hold lid down with house bricks. To get replacement everything had to be deflated and parts of lid cut out, photographed, dated an e-mailed to Bestways. To be fair they swiftly sent a replacement but after two days the zip has gone again. To compound my misery in the process of deflation and moving stuff around the patio, I have developed two holes in upper ring. Have repaired them but am not holding out much hope! Ultimately you get what you pay for, but these Series 3 lids are not fit for purpose. Deflated, from Worthing!"

We're not quite sure why Bestway changed the straps from the Series 2 to a zip on the Series 3. However, we must stress the importance of not over-inflating the spa and ensuring that the cover around the spa and over the lid are correctly aligned before attempting to zip the covers together.

"I have the series 2, bought it becasue a mate has a 3k tub and I couldn't afford that. The lay z spa is awesome; really comfortable and I use it alot. It heats the water really quick and is easy to clean. Please note that there is a typo; they say you can get 4 adults in it? WRONG, I got 6 adults in and a rubber duck as per the photo. We had some great times and good laughs. My next door neighbour has now purchased the premium series as a result of this."
