In cold weather, the Lay Z Spa pump must not be left outside for lengthy periods in temperatures under 4°C. Normal operation and short periods of time in low temperatures will not affect the pump. Remember to keep the pump inside overnight during cold weather.

What happens if there is a fault with my Lay Z Spa?
If you assemble your Lay Z Spa and find a fault, or the Lay Z Spa develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us. We will work with Bestway, the manufacturers, to arrange for the faulty part to be replaced. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a full refund of the whole product but we will replace parts whenever necessary.

"Our order arrived on time and just in advance of the short summer we had over bank holiday weekend at the beginning of May 2013. It was a bit trial and error to get the chemical balance just right but once immersed in 40 degrees of warmth with the sun beating down on us it was all worth it. A fabulous purchase. Used for 2 couples one evening, my daughter and her 10 year old friends the next day and then my husband and I the following day. All in all a brilliant product and well worth the money. It's all packed away in the garage waiting for the next sunny spell (we may be waiting a while!!)"

Lay-Z-Spar Series 3 54075
"Since the purchase of the spar, the zip system to close and open the spar is a constant problem as it is stitched on to two different curves which kinks the zip and can take up to 30 minutes to release which thoroughly spoils the advantage of having to cover the spar when not in use. We purchased the spar in Jan 2011 and since then a new strap on system is used so buyers beware! Have contacted Bestway but get no joy in a new strap down replacement system."

Drinkstuff says: We're sorry that you had these issues with your Lay Z Spa lid Alan. The new clip lid system would require a whole new outer lining which is available to purchase separately later this summer.
"This is the second one I've bought in 4 years (the last one got ripped when moving it) so I can't complain about that, the only down sides are the zip, the noise, and maybe they should allow the water to still heat while the bubbles are on I have built a soundproof box to muffle the noise and built a wooden box for the tub to sit in. maybe the cover on the 6 seater could overhang more and fasten with clips or velcro."
