Really effective
"You look like an absolute berk, but it really is effective! For such a small unit it producess a lot of steam and by having your head outside I find that you can stay in for a lot longer than the steam rooms you get at the gym. A few drops of essential oil in the water works a treat as well (Olbas oil not only clears your head but is great for aching muscles). A certain catalogue based shop sells stools for the shower (meant for infirm people) which are ideal as they are designed to get wet. Also a certain Sweedish flat pack furniture shop sells large bath mats for a good price which means you can use the steam spa on carpet without condensation getting the floor wet. For those of you that enjoy the steam room at the gym, you can get sweaty at home for about the price of a months gym membership. Ignore the fact that you look daft and enjoy your selves."

Great portable steam unit
"This unit meets all my needs - it's light, easy to store, practical and effective. Very good value for money. The only downside is that it is not easy to fold back up to fit into its carry case and if you have a small bath tub washing the inside can be tricky. You will need to place a sheet or second piece of plastic under the steam tent if you have carpet in your bathroom as it sweats and leave a little water on the floor."
