The Mathmos Revolution does exactly that. Using only the natural power of rising heat, this superb light creates the illusion of a moving, haunting vision.

Although it may seem like it is haunted, it isn't. The Revolution uses the heat energy given off by two tea light candles in the center that spin some angled blades above. Attached to the blades are some cut outs of skeletal horsemen that start to move without being touched.
