"We bought our spa last year and we used it a lot, the pump did eventually give up and we contacted Bestway for a replacement. We had a bit of a problem getting a new pump as you have to follow their procedure for getting the new pump, but we are now enjoying a happy second year of use with our hot tub. Thank you Bestway and Drinkstuff."

"Ordered Lay Z Spa Series 2 on 8th may 2009. Delivery excellent, easy to set up, worked for about 5-6 weeks stopped heating water. Rang drinkstuff who then told me to ring Bestway who ordered us a new pump but had to send parts back before they would send us a new one. New one arrived about a week later that doesn't work at all. Pumps are out of stock. Got to wait until 15th of July. I wonder if this one will work. Paid cash for something that can't be used."

Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comments Dawn. We are sorry that you are having repeated problems with your pump. It is a requirement from Bestway that the top of the pump be returned in order to verify that your pump is unusable. This is the only part of the pump that is removable and once removed, the old pump will not function. All warranties are held by Bestway and they will handle claims directly. The new Lay Z Spa pump supplied with the Premium series now have new and improved parts.
