"I had given me for my 65th Birthday 2 sipper glasses as I have only just discovered Port and cheese - What a combination. After seeing the packaging I looked on your website to find to my amazement a set of 4 sipper glasses and a decanter with almost £10 off normal price. I ordered this package and when I received the order 3 days later I was impressed. The only sad part was one of the very delicate glass sippers was damaged. I phoned your office and a member of your staff apologised and sent a replacement which arrived 2 days later. I have never had such a good service from and internet sale before. I was blown away.
