"Personally I liked the balloons even though one light went out soon after blowing it up. These balloons definitely aren't for little kids as they don't play with them but want to pop them to take the lights out (curiosity). They are only good for places in low light as the balloons don't look as luminescent as in the pictures. Would I get them again? Sure but not where children under four will be playing with them - glow sticks and flameless candles are what they seemed to like."
