Chrome Ice Crusher
"A good quality item. Crushed the ice nicely and without too much effort. Was a nice party piece as everybody wanted to have a go plus it looks good as well."

"I purchased this having read quite a lot of reviews on this and similar products. I am glad I went for this one as it does exactly what it should with little effort. It looks expensive and is sturdy enough to get the job done. The blades are nice and sharp and crush the ice well, giving a nice even consistency. I've found that doing a whole bunch of ice in one go and putting into a freezer bag means you can use a little or a lot whenever you need it. However when you have people over they seems to like to have a go themselves :-)"

"This does everything a small manual ice crusher could reasonably be expected to do. The handle is long enough to provide adequate leverage, the design is generally very sensible with enough space for a good quantity of both ice cubes and crushed ice. The removable tray works very well, as does the included scoop. If I were to offer any criticism it's that the ice sometimes gets stuck in the teeth of the crusher and has to be dislodged by moving the handle back and forth/applying additional force, but I imagine that's true of any such product. Its compact size also means you have to put a hand on top to steady it while crushing, but this also means you can easily store it. All round, an excellent product for the money."

"Despite being relatively cheap, this crusher does the job very well and looks great sitting next to my other kitchen equipment. Being made of metal, it had a very nice solid feel. Being quite light so very portable (great), but you definitely need to keep a firm hand on the top of it when turning the handle to crush the ice. This is possibly true of all ice crushers, but as it's the only one I've used I thought it worth mentioning.
Its ice crushing abilities are fine and it gives a nice even crush. The drawer can be a little fiddly to get in, but getting it out is straightforward. A great advantage of having a smallish tray is that you can put it into the freezer between cocktails, preserving the crushed ice for use later on.
Overall, a very pleasing purchase."
