"Item was slightly marked upon delivery and some of the fittings were challenging to connect up. Instructions could be clearer however I have to say the item is attractive and does bring the wow factor. Cables for lighting could be longer for ease of connection to mains supply."

"This product arrived with parts missing and no instructions. Once I had received the missing parts and had the instructions emailed I was able to begin putting it together (This unfortunately took the best part of 3 weeks to sort!!) Now... I am quite good at putting these things together but this was an absolute nightmare to construct. ** Please note it takes 2 people to construct** It came with the lighting which has separate instructions and it was not at all clear where the lighting fixes and how. Sadly I have had to take apart to add lighting.... This product once assembled looks great and is its only saving grace.
I would like to say drinkstuff's customer service department was efficient and prompt... Thankfully!
I have given the product 3 stars due to lack of clear instructions and difficulty in assembling but that it is a good looking item in the end."
