"The product is not of particularly good quality - if put in the freezer, the bag cracks and breaks when taken out. If put in the fridge, which is what you are supposed to do, the gel in the bag is merely cool and does not really assist in keeping the drink cold, as with a proper ice bag. However, the company are very attentive, and immediately replaced the chill bag that broke from the freezer, after explaining to me that it was meant to go in the fridge!"
