The KM35A Ice Maker by Hoshizaki is designed to produce clear, crescent shaped ice which offers a wide range of applications for busy bars and restaurants. The unique shape of ice is extremely versatile able to be used for splash free serving of drinks to other applications such as fish transportation and food display.

Using a vertical stainless steel evaporator to create the crescent shaped ice, only the purest of water molecules will freeze, ensuring that your ice cubes are perfect. The control board manages the freezing cycles and adjusts the settings to accommodate external factors that influence the ice making process. This makes the KM 35A both energy and water efficient.

Made from stainless steel, the KM 35A is designed to be hygienic and offer fantastic durability. With the access panel placed in the front of the unit, it's never been easier to control your ice output.
