Being one of the leaders in the Ice Maker field, Hoshizaki offer the IM-45CLE. Designed for commercial use, the IM45CLE utilizes the closed cell system to produce fantastic, high quality clear ice. Lasting longer and removing the need for water cleaner in hard water areas, the IM45CLE is managed by a micro computer to keep the unit running at its optimum settings regardless of external influence.

With hygiene being one of the key design points, the IM45CLE's closed cell system has an automatic rinse and flush cycle, meaning every batch will use fresh water ensuring high quality ice.

Offering an easy to access and clean storage bin which has high density foam injected insulation means that ice melting is slowed even further. A gasket affixed to the door ensures the tightest fit possible and prevents particles from entering and contaminating the ice. The detachable condenser air filter can be easily removed for cleaning. A clean filter will increase the longevity and durability of the machine.

The IM-45CLE can produce up to 44Kg of ice in 24 hours. Even in high ambient temperatures, the Hoshizaki IM-45CLE is durable and reliable making it suitable across all sizes of bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, sandwich shops, and hotels.
