How to Make an Autopilot Cocktail


25ml of White Rum
25ml of Aged Rum
25ml of Dark Rum
35ml of Grapefruit Juice
25ml of Lime Juice
3 Teaspoons of Fassionola
2 Teaspoons of Demerara Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes of Absinthe

To make your own Fassionola:

50ml of Grenadine,
50ml Raspberry Syrup,
1 Teaspoon of Orange Extract

To make your own Demerara Syrup:

Dissolve 2 cups of Demerara Sugar to one cup of water


Add all of the ingredients to a Cocktail Shaker filled with Ice
Shake until the Cocktail Shaker is cold to the touch
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice
Garnish with fresh Pomegranate and Pineapple leaves
