Also known as a Whisky Macdonald, the whisky mac is made up of scotch whisky and ginger wine. First created around 1860’s this cocktail is even older than the martini. Served perfectly over ice, this cocktail is perfect for warming you up on a cold Burns Night. Whilst most people will have experienced a warm version of this, and will probably have been put off, we recommend giving it another go.
- 45ml of Scotch Whisky
- 30ml of Ginger Wine
