How to Make a Coffee Bongo Cocktail


25ml of Aged Rum
25ml of Dark Rum
3 Teaspoons of Coffee Syrup
3 Teaspoons of Passionfruit Syrup
25ml of Fresh Lime Juice
25ml of Pineapple Juice
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters or Angostura Orange Bitters
Pineapple Leaf and Coffee Beans, for garnish


Add all of the ingredients to a blender with Ice Blend by 5 x one second pulses and pour into a glass
Garnish with a Pineapple Leaf cut like a Palmfrond and 3 Coffee Beans
