How to make a Collar & Cuff Cocktail

What better drink to enjoy on Burn’s night than a hot whisky cocktail. With a measure of ginger liqueur, this Collar & Cuff cocktail is a warm, spicy variation of a Hot Toddy.

Ingredients:

25ml of Scotch Whisky
25ml of Ginger Liqueur
25ml of Lemon Juice
2 tbsp of Honey Boiling Water
Lemon Slice, for garnish

Method:

Add the whisky, ginger liqueur, lemon juice and honey to a heatproof glass
Top up with boiling water
Gently stir until the honey has completely dissolved Garnish with a slice of lemon
