Infused Cocktail Ice Cube Recipe

How to Make Infused Ice Cubes for Cocktails

With the summer weather here you’ll be looking for ways to keep cool, and what better way that with an ice filled cocktail. Of course loading a classic cocktail with ice has it’s downfalls, you end up with a slightly watered down version of your favourite drink, but there are options. Firstly you could invest in some reusable ice cubes, like these Stainless Steel Ice Cubes, or you could go ice free and not put ice in your drinks at all, but I don’t know about you but I’m just not sure that’s right! Now there is a third option, and personally my favourite option, you could make these Infused Ice Cubes.

Made from a sugary simple syrup these ice cubes feature classically paired fruit that will compliment your drinks to perfection, and will only add sweet fruity flavour to your drinks as they melt. So enjoy these three ice cube recipes that could be used for a whole host of cocktails, or even just soft drinks and mocktails!
