Pineapple Beer Sangria Recipe

How To Make A Pineapple Beer Sangria

Ingredients:

25ml of Lemon Juice
280g of Fresh Pineapple
1 Tsp of Brown Sugar
25ml of Rye Whiskey
25ml of Triple Sec
180ml of Belgium Beer
Peach Slices (optional) and Pineapple Slices, for garnish

Method:

Slice the Pineapple into triangular wedges (place 1 aside for garnish)
Add Pineapple Slices to a blender along with the Lemon Juice, Brown Sugar & Whiskey Blend until smooth, stir in Triple Sec and Beer, then serve
Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge
