How to make a Pisco Sour

Featuring a South American grape brandy, this cocktail recipe is the signature drink of Peru. Combining pisco, lime juice, egg and simple syrup this Pisco Sour Recipe is best enjoyed alongside fresh seafood dishes.

50ml of Pisco
25ml of Lime Juice
2 tsp of Simple Syrup
1 Fresh Egg White
A Dash of Angostura Bitters

Add the pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Shake until cool to the touch
Strain into an old fashioned glass
Garnish with three drops of Angostura Bitters that will settle in the foam
