Rum Punch Recipe

How to make a Rum Punch Cocktail

To make approximately 2 litres

500ml of Dark Rum
200ml of White Rum
500ml of Pineapple Juice
500ml of Orange Juice
35ml of Grenadine Syrup
8 Limes
8 drops of Angostura Bitters
Grated Nutmeg
Soda Water (optional)
Crushed Ice
Pineapple and Orange Slices, for garnish


Use a Reamer to extract the juice from the Limes
Add the Lime Juice to a Punch Bowl along with the other ingredients
Refridgerate for at least 1 hour
Stir gently to mix together
Garnish with Pineapple Slices and add Crushed Ice
